Sometimes the most important factor for a home Seller is to just sell the home and move on. In addition to my own resources, I also have a list of investors and business partners that are always looking to Buy distressed homes, fix them up and re-sell them. If you have a home that is not yet “market ready” and you just want to sell it quickly and move on with your life, this may be a good option for you to consider.
Fix Your Home & Sell It This is the perfect option for those Homes that need some minor repairs to be truly “market ready” but the Seller just doesn’t have the resources or expertise to complete those repairs. I will bring my resources to the party and up-front the money needed to fix it up and get reimbursed at closing.
