After closely reviewing the local housing market and recent sales, I will prepare a professional market analysis that indicates what your home is most likely going to sell for and make a recommendation for the list price based on the most recent market trends and fluctuations. After taking professional photos I will place your home on the Multiple Listing Service and send out info about it to my extensive list of potential Buyers. As offers come in, I will help you analyze each of them and guide you through the process of choosing the offer that best fits your needs. Let me put my experience to work for you to ensure you get the best price for your home!

- Buy Your Home Outright
Sometimes the most important factor for a home Seller is to just sell the home and move on. In addition to my own resources, I also have a list of investors and business partners that are always looking to Buy distressed homes, fix them up and re-sell them. If you have a home that is not yet “market ready” and you just want to sell it quickly and move on with your life, this may be a good option for you to consider. - Fix Your Home & Sell It This is the perfect option for those Homes that need some minor repairs to be truly “market ready” but the Seller just doesn’t have the resources or expertise to complete those repairs. I will bring my resources to the party and up-front the money needed to fix it up and get reimbursed at closing.
